Policies

Reservations are made through the booking form or WhatsApp. Your date is secured with a 30% deposit; the balance is due on boarding day in cash (MAD/EUR) or by card where available.

You will receive a booking reference (MJ-XXXXXX) and a confirmation message with your meeting point, boarding time and a live location pin before departure.

Prices shown are per private charter, not per person, and include captain and crew, fuel, safety equipment, insurance, snorkeling gear and a cooler with water and soft drinks.

More than 7 days before departure: full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.

3 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is retained, or you may reschedule once free of charge.

Less than 72 hours before departure: the deposit is non-refundable, but we will always try to resell your slot and refund you if we succeed.

To cancel or reschedule, simply reply to your confirmation message on WhatsApp.

Safety is the captain's call, always. If sea conditions are unsafe, we cancel the trip and you choose: a full refund of your deposit or free rescheduling to any available date.

Light wind or overcast skies do not qualify as unsafe; the Moroccan coast is beautiful in every light, and swim stops are chosen for shelter.

We monitor forecasts 48 hours ahead and will warn you early if conditions look marginal, so you can plan accordingly.

Every boat in the fleet is licensed, insured and inspected annually. Safety briefings are given before every departure, in English, French or Arabic.

Onboard you will find life jackets for every guest including children, first-aid kit, VHF radio, GPS tracking and fire extinguishers. Our captains average over 15 years at sea.

Children are welcome and sail free under 6. We ask that under-12s wear life jackets at all times while underway, and we provide them in all sizes.

The charter is private: only your group boards. Maximum guest numbers are set by the boat's license and cannot be exceeded.

Boarding is 15 minutes before departure. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the trip may be shortened accordingly.

Glass is discouraged on deck; please use the cups provided. Smoking is allowed only on the aft deck. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and end the charter immediately without refund.

You are responsible for personal belongings. We recommend dry bags for phones and cameras; the crew can provide them.

We collect only what your booking needs: name, contact details, date and group size. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Photos taken by our crew during your trip are shared with you privately. We publish guest photos on our channels only with your explicit permission.

To review or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp at any time and we will confirm deletion within 72 hours.
